Dear Chris and Claire,
I'm dictating this letter to my mum (Rowena) so that I can thank you "pawsonally" for the wonderful lesson I had at the park yesterday. I learnt heaps about getting on with my four-legged friends, and how not to always feel responsible for mum's safety. I know there is still lots to learn and I know that with your help, Max and I can be friends.

Just wanted to say thank you for a fantastic weekend. Claire, the breakfasts were delicious. Chris, thank you for being so generous with your time and for sharing your knowledge with us.
Barney hasn't stopped talking about the great time he had. We are negotiating to purchase a bike so we can give Barney plenty of exercise.

Just want to say thank you so much for all your help with our dogs Shilo and Sarge.
Shilo and Sarge were so aggressive towards other dogs before you showed us how to control them and for that i thank you. We can now enjoy our dogs and feel totally in control of them.

When we met Chris we were at our wits end with our 9 year old Labrador "Wiski".
